BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The Masterful Management: Paradigm Design Program is a philosophical inquiry into the being of human beings and fulfills on three promises to the participants:

  1. A new perception of the world and their relationship to that world.

  2. A freedom from current limitations; participants will be able to recognize the source of limitations and know how to alter that source.

  3. A life long alteration in their ability to produce extraordinary results, which we call Quantum Leap Results™.

The McNeill Group (TMG) has delivered this Program to thousands of clients over the last 18 years with exceptional results - both in terms of client satisfaction and as a profit center. During this time, all but three participants have said that we have absolutely delivered on these very powerful promises.

TMG is exploring the feasibility of licensing this Program so that other coaches and coaching firms can offer it to their clients as an effective solution to obstacles and/or challenges that threaten the realization of their clients’ objectives. Examples of questions that the client teams have asked and aligned around the answers to are:

  1. How do we move from a “Team of Champions” to a "Championship Team"?

  2. How do we take a team that is meeting only 50% of its assigned quota to a team that has a stellar year?

  3. What is the optimal allocation of our resources to maximize team performance?

Some ICF coaches may notice that TMG's terminology is at times similar to that used by Landmark Education Corporation. TMG and Landmark entered into a settlement agreement in 2003 regarding TMG's terminology, which confirmed that TMG's use of this terminology does not infringe any rights of Landmark.
